An appraiser is coming to the house this Thursday morning at 11AM. If you could pray that the appraisal goes well and that our house appraises at a decent value that will allow us to refinance our house now, we would really appreciate it.
Also, please pray that I can keep the house relatively tidy and be patient with my two little boy-tornadoes who seem to have a superpower for destroying cleanliness wherever they go :).
